the Leader

"We need leaders because they see things others don't. When we follow a great leader, their vision becomes ours. We see what they see. We own a vision larger than ourselves."

Phil Pringle

1. Leadership is the power to shape the future.

2. Spiritual leadership is the most important and powerful kind of leadership.

3. What the leaders do, think, act, believe; the people do, think, act, believe as well.

4. Jesus is NOT a man, He is God! The Great I Am! The Finisher of my faith!

5. The Holy Spirit is the key to leadership as the Kingdom of God begins to emerge.

6. When we haven't learn to accept and enjoy who we are, we are insecure and too easily threatened by others arising us.

7. We (I) must have the revelation of who we (I) are (am) in Christ! [2 Cor 5:17]

8. The Revelation of who He is and who we are through the Holy Spirit. That's the key! (1 Cor 2:10-14)

9. If it is God who has guided, then when the servant obeys, success for the Kingdom follows.

10. Revelation is spiritual insight given by the Holy Spirit.

11. Leaders must get revelation from God and take their people in that direction.

12. Good ideas aren't God ideas! God ideas are good ideas!

13. Jesus is building His church upon us!

14. God enthrusts His Kingdom to those He has tested and brought through the fire.

"Heavenly Father, thank You for being so ever faithful to Your children (me included). Thank You for always reaching out to us and being there for us. Lord I pray that even as I follow Your calling that You have for me, let Your Holy Spirit continue to be my Guide and Teacher, that through these steps that I take, You will constantly show me the Way in accordance to Your Will for my life so that I may grow to be a person You have called me to be. I thank You Lord for Your mercies are always new every morning! Amen!"

I Just Want You...

More than a nice melody
More than a sweetest of words
This is the love I have found
And with this love I am found

I just want You, Jesus
I just want You, my Lord
I just want You, Jesus
I just want You

Never could I comprehend
The love You so freely give
Never could I be with You
That Your love covers all of my sin

I just want You, Jesus
I just want You, my Lord
I just want You, Jesus
I just want You

There is no greater love than Yours
Nothing else could ever compare
And even if I search all the world
I will never find a love like Yours

a walk to remember

Oh Lord our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth!

The heavens declare Your greatness, the oceans cry out to You, the mountains they bow down before You and I'll join with the earth and give my praise to You!

God You are faithful! God You are my Rock and Redeemer! In You I am secure! In You my hopes and dreams will come! In You I have everything! Lord let this not be a time where it will end soon but let this be the time where I can see Your glory shining in me. Postings are out and Lord You see my heart and You know very well that I do not intend to go there! But God, one thing's for sure, I will still praise You in all that I do, I will still glorify Your name throughout the earth, I will still be a salt and a light unto this world Lord! Help me God! Help me!

Come like You promised You would
I wanna surrender for good
I know that I need You
And I don't wanna keep living life alone

So take my heart and make it new
And make it true, and make it like You
Take my hands I lift them high
They're Yours not mine to do
Do what You will!

I feel like a blind man in Your sight
I know that I'm wicked in Your eyes
So wash me and make me shine like Your Son
I wanna tell everyone that You are the only One

The Power Of Your Name

Verse 1:
Surely children weren't made for the streets
And fathers were not made to leave
Surely this isn't how it should be
Let Your Kingdom come

Verse 2:
Surely nations were not made for war
Or the broken meant to be ignored
Surely this just can't be what You saw
Let Your Kingdom come
Here in my heart

Chorus:
And I will live
To carry Your compassion
To love a world that's broken
To be Your hands and feet
I will give
With the life that I've been given
And go beyond religion
To see the world be changed
By the power of Your name

Verse 3:
Surely life wasn't made to regret
And the lost were not made to forget
Surely faith without action is dead
Let Your Kingdom come
Lord break this heart

Bridge:
Your name is a shelter for the hurting
Jesus Your name is a refuge for the weak
Only Your name can redeem the undeserving
Jesus Your name holds everything I need

Today Is The Day

(Original)

(Acoustic/Unplugged)

(Guitar solo)

Verse 1:
(Oh-oh-ohh Oh-oh-ohh)
I'm casting my cares aside
Leaving my past behind
I'm setting my heart and mind on You, Jesus

I'm reaching my hand to Yours
Believing there's so much more
Knowing that all You have in store
For me is good, it's good

Chorus:
Today is the day You have made
I will rejoice and be glad in it
Today is the day You have made
I will rejoice and be glad in it

And I won't worry about tomorrow
I'm trusting in what You said
Today is the day

Verse 2:
(Oh-oh-ohh Oh-oh-ohh)
I'm putting my fears aside
I'm leaving my doubts behind
I'm giving my hopes and dreams to You, Jesus

I'm reaching my hands to Yours
Believing there's so much more
Knowing that all You have in store
For me is good, it's good

Bridge:
I will stand upon Your truth
And all my days I'll live for You
I will stand upon Your truth
And all my days I'll live for You

Chorus-End:
Today is the day You have made
I will rejoice and be glad in it
Today is the day You have made
I will rejoice and be glad in it

And I won't worry about tomorrow
Giving You my fear and sorrows
Where You lead me I will follow
I'm trusting in what You say
Today is the day

Joy

No summary of the prophets would be complete apart from one last message: their loud insistence that the world will not end in “universal final defeat,” but in Joy. Their voices soar like songbirds’ when the prophets turn at last to describe the joy beyond the walls of the world. In that final day, God will roll up the earth like a carpet and weave it anew. There will be no fear then, and no pain. No infants will dies; no tears will fall. Among the nations, peace will flow like a river and armies will melt their weapons into farm tools. No one will complain about the hiddenness of God in that day. His glory will fill the earth, and the sun will seem dim by contrast.

Human history is not an end in itself but a transition time, a parenthesis between Eden and the new heaven and new earths till to be formed by God. Even when everything seems out of control, God is firmly in control, and someday will assert himself.
